Yelin Lapidot Investment House was established in 2004 by CPA Dov Yelin and CPA Yair Lapidot. Yelin Lapidot specialises solely in managing investments via mutual funds, provident funds and managed investment portfolios, having a total value of approx. NIS 100 billion. Yelin Lapidot Investment House does not engage in underwriting or brokerage.

Some 300 staff are employed by Yelin Lapidot. Management of the investments is performed by a diverse team of investment managers and analysts, under the direct supervision and management of Dov Yelin and Yair Lapidot.

Investment management at Yelin Lapidot is performed using a fundamentalist analysis approach – in-depth research into the macro conditions in the economy and in the capital markets, focusing on specific companies and industries.

The Economic Department at Yelin Lapidot conducts an analysis and valuation of each company prior to any possible investment in shares or debentures, placing an emphasis on holding regular meetings with corporate management. An internal rating is set for each share or bond, whereas the official ratings of the rating companies constitute an additional indication for the internal rating. All of the analysis work performed at Yelin Lapidot is used purely for internal purposes (“Buy Side”).
