Lior Aviram, Managing Partner at Shibolet, has over 25 years of experience and a profound understanding of the ever-changing business environment. Lior has earned an outstanding reputation in leading high-end, complex, cross-border transactions and is recognized as a leading expert in venture capital and strategic investments, and in the structuring and establishment of venture capital funds. He also specializes in complex, cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions, having been the lead counsel in some of the most innovative transactions in the Israeli market.

Yoram Raved, Senior Partner and a member in the firm’s Executive Committee is a multidisciplinary professional. He has extensive experience in complex commercial transactions, including cross border mergers and acquisitions, representation of issuers on a variety of public and private offerings in Israel and abroad, as well as specializing in the representation of Japanese companies investing in Israel.

Ido Shomrony, Partner in the High Tech practice and head of the firm’s Fintech and Open Source Practices. Ido specializes in corporate and commercial law, representing a wide range of corporations (technological, industrial, services, private and publicly traded) in international and domestic transactions, including cross-border M&A’s, joint ventures, venture capital, financing, strategic investments and collaborations, technology, licensing and IP, as well as on-going corporate and commercial advice to clients in all phases of corporate growth in their various aspects of business.
