Our story begins with Margaret Zohar, the matron of the Zohar family and owner of “Margaret the art of pastry”, and with her love for traditional home baking. She passed this passion on to her sons, who has formed the “Margaret the art of pastry” bakery to ensure the continuation of the legacy.
The company logo is based on a combination of a sea shell with a pearl and wheat grain.
