All trading activities are supervised and monitored online by the group's team of expert risk managers throughout all trading hours. The team uses a unique tailor-made risk management system that was developed in-house. The system is based on Barak's knowledge, expertise, and years of experience.
Barak’s trading expertise also led to the formation of an expert market making team, that serves as an official market maker in several exchanges worldwide. As an official market maker, Barak strives to be the best liquidity provider and to improve the efficiency of the financial markets by providing continuous two-sided market quotes of the tightest spread possible, using low latency technologies and co-located servers in key data centers.
Alongside its trading activities, Barak established an underwriting company, which through its skilled, professional team, became a leader in the industry in raising capital and providing tailor-made solutions for companies in the capital market.
Barak Capital is headed by Mr. Eyal Bakshi, founder, chairman of the board and CEO of the group. Mr. Bakshi has over 25 years of trading experience in derivatives in the US and the Israeli markets.
