Elevation is the leading Academy as a Service B2B startup in Israel & Europe. For the last 7 years, based in Tel Aviv & Berlin, we have trained thousands of employees and served dozens of companies from a wide range of sectors - Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and more.
Why Now?
The automation revolution, together with COVID-19, is dramatically changing the job market. The tech talent shortage has forced us to rethink and challenge the conventional wisdom regarding corporate training. Specifically, we have noticed that more and more companies are looking for organizational context when looking at their training programs - it's not about the content libraries, it's about building the right capabilities for the organization, led by the company's business leaders. With this understanding, we created our Academy as a Service offering.
