Recently, the firm has completed a landmark deal with the Abu Dhabi government-owned company Mubadala Petroleum, who has purchased Delek Drilling’s interest (22%) in the Tamar gas field, for over USD 1 billion. This deal is of great geopolitical importance, and is the first significant investment by a UAE company in Israel.

- Represented the Tamar and Leviathan gas reservoirs partners in all gas sale agreements with customers in Israel, Jordan and Egypt, with an aggregate value in excess of USD 50 billion.
- Represented Delek Drilling and Chevron in a unique and complex cross-border transaction involving the acquisition of a significant interest in the Egyptian East Mediterranean gas company (EMG) and the pipeline connecting Egypt and Israel. This transaction was a significant milestone in the relationship between Israel and Egypt.
- Acted as Israeli counsel for Noble Energy in its USD 5 billion merger with Chevron.
- Represented Agis Industries in its reverse triangular merger with Perrigo Company, the first cross-border reverse triangular merger of traded companies in Israel.
- Advised Equital in a unique NIS 3.5 billion merger transaction with its affiliate JOEL Oil Exploration, in order to comply with the Anti-Concentration Law. This transaction noted by MergerMarktet among the Top 5 most substantial transactions to have taken place in Africa and the Middle East.
- Represented Delek Automotive Systems in the NIS 1 billion acquisition of the controlling interest of Veridis.
- Representing HITACHI and LGE in a class action, dealing with allegations of an international cartel.
