Founded in 1917, Sonol is one of the best-known and most reliable brands in the Israeli energy sector. Sonol owns some of Israel’s central logistical sites, including an innovative fuel distribution terminal, an advanced production plant which is one of the largest of its kind in the country for oils and additives, a tank storage farm and a professional laboratory for quality control. Additionally, Sonol supplies fuel products and complementary services to millions of customers in the private and business sectors with a fleet of tankers and a network of over 230 gas stations and approximately 200 convenience stores spread throughout the country.
The government of Israel chose Sonol to lead the Hydrogen sector. In addition, Sonol has massively invested in solar systems, electric car charging networks and an innovative process to produce PLA (plastics) from waste.
